I Picked the Wrong Car!

So as most of you know, I got a new car 2 weeks ago. The 2009 Acura MDX, silver and black(the color of Edward's Volvo) I've always wanted the Volvo XC90 but my husband would always go on about how Eurpean cars are hard to maintain....blah, blah, blah. Anyway I really wished I got the 2010 Volvo XC60!! Which is the car that Edward drives in New Moon! Man it looks so nice!! Of course as I'm writing this blog my husband is mumbling on how unappreciative I am for complaining! Hahaha It's true, I am. I can't help to think that if he was like Edward he would get rid of my Acura and get me the car I wanted! Just Kidding......(or am I?) ;-)

New Moon Sneak Peeks @ Comic Con 2009

It's been way too long since I wrote on this blog, but I just had to share these clips with ya'll. While browsing around the web to see what I am missing out in this year's Comic Con San Diego, New Moon was there...We all knew they would show up. Rob Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, and Ashley Greene were part the Q&A. Now remember when I said I can't wait to see Bella heading to the tower, well we get a glimpse of it! Ok, no more to say, but OMG!!! I can't wait!

Damen Auguste, the new Edward?

Okay I read Evermore and I can't wait for the second book Blue Moon (I know sounds like New Moon) LoL to come out July 7th. It gave me what I was looking for but not quite like the feeling I got with Twilight. I'm encouraging all you Twilight fans to read it. Know now that you can't help but compare Damen to Edward. I seriously wouldn't mind having both! LoL The website says that it may become a TV series in the future. I wonder who they would have play Damen? LoL Just wanted to share! LoL

New Moon Trailer is not what it seems......

Okay so I've been reading people's comments about the trailer. A lot of fans are saying that the trailer wasn't going by the book. After watching the trailer continuously, about 100 times today! LoL I completely disagree. If you watch the trailer carefully you will notice that when Bella is talking to Laurent in the meadow, she is wearing a backpack. And then Laurent hears the growling. And in the scene when Jacob transforms into a werewolf, she isn't wearing a backpack. So clearly it isn't the same scene they just combined the two scenes together for the trailer. They probably aimed for fooling everyone so that when we all watch the movie we would be shocked that they did go by the book after all!

Just when I thought my addiction was under control......

Just when I thought my addiction was under control then the damn MTV awards showed the trailer of New Moon! I swear now it's all I can think about! I really restrained myself the past few months from going online trying to find all kinds of Twilight/New Moon 411! But what really excited me was showing the New Moon trailer to my husband and he said, "That's sick." Yes he's finally on the same page! LoL I won't have to twist his arm to take me to watch the movie. (But you know I would go with or without him anyway!) Okay just had to share that with you guys, because I know I'm not the only one who's excited!

Evermore, The Immortals Series

I know I haven't been on here in a while but I had to let you all know that I believe I may have found a book that could possibly be just as good as Twilight. It's called Evermore by Alyson Noel. The book is about a sixteen year old girl named Ever who loses her entire family to a car accident. She was also in the accident and has a near death experience. After the accident she discovers that she can read people's auras and can read their minds thru touch. The bright colors of auras becomes so distracting and disturbing to her that she starts to avoid people in general and is considered "a freak" by her peers. And then a new kid arrives at school named Damen. Aside from being drop dead gorgeous, for some mysterious reason Ever doesn't see bright colors around him and when they touch she hears nothing. All she knows is that when she isn't looking into his eyes she feels "cold and weak" but when she is looking into his eyes she feels "warm and good again."

So is it possible that Ever and Damen will be our next Bella and Edward! Click here to read the first two chapers of the book. I just read it and I'm about to pick up the book soon so I can finish it. Okay Book club get ready! Let's get ready to meet soon!

Edward Save Us!!!

I'm on facebook and a friend of mine mentioned on her status how she wished Edward Cullen was here to save us from the Swine Flu like Carlisle saved him from Spanish Influenza! LoL  So I'm thinking wouldn't that be great!  You're laying on your deathbed and Edward walks in!  I'll be sitting here fantasizing about this. LoL 

Meet Robert Pattinson?????

Okay I know its been awhile since I've been on here, I've been busy.  I guess I will start writing on a "really need to get it out of my system" basis! So a friend of mine messages me on Facebook and tells me that Robert Pattinson will be in town next week to promote his film How to Be!!! I know you are all dying to know where!  He'll be at the California Independent Film Festival.  And to break all of your hearts, the event is SOLD OUT!   The tickets that I really want are the Gala Night Awards,  Opening Night VIP & Filmaker Party!  Which is an Opening night reception with the Cast and Crew of How to Be, meaning that our beloved Robert will be there!!!! When I found this out I nearly died!  Okay I would love to know who knew about this one and didn't bother to share this piece of information! Is there possible Incest on Set of New Moon?

Have our worst fears come true?!?  BILD.com has reported that our beloved Edward maybe seeing his sister Rosalie offset.  In other words, Rob Pattinson has been seeing Nikki Reed!  Bild.com reported that the two have been spotted together double dating with Kristin Stewart and her boyfriend, Michael Angarano. And they apparently are inseparable! The article says that she even spent the night with Rob Pattinson.  I'm sorry but all I got to say is Lucky Bitch!  Well is she really?  I mean Rob Pattinson isn't really Edward, he has admitted to not having the greatest personal hygiene so maybe I don't feel so bad!  Edward is suppose to smell sweet not like cigarettes and body odor.  Okay I'll just stop now I think its just jealousy talking right now.  I'm wondering if this rumor is true....... Oh and you can read about it more on E!online too.  I guess there maybe some truth to this rumor if both websites are talking about it, right?

Forever Dawn

I was on Stephenie Meyer's website and I noticed a lot of cool things that are going to be auctioned off this Saturday, April 4th for Project Book Babe.  Project Book Babe is an event going on in Arizona to help "The Book Babe" aka Faith Hochhalter beat breast cancer.  She apparently is a well known buyer for children's books as well as a booking agent for several authors.  Stephenie Meyer and over 40 authors have gathered items for the auction to raise money for her.  To learn more about Project Book Babe click here.  

Among the items being auctioned off there was one that caught my attention,  a piece written by Stephenie which is the Epilogue for Forever Dawn.  Forever Dawn was to be the sequel to Twilight.  It is 3100 words long and was written by Stephenie so that she could "spend more time with Edward and Bella".  I'm kind of curious of what stories it has in it.  To find out more about Forever Dawn and to see what other items Stephenie has donated to Project Book Babe log on to Stephenie's Webite.

The Part of Caius has been Casted

Sorry I haven't been writing too much on here but I've been busy taking care of my sick family.  Living among non-vampires means being around colds and the flu constantly! LoL  Anyway EW.com reported that Jamie Campbell-Bower will play Cauis in New Moon.  Looking at the photo he kind of reminds me of a Jasper look alike!  What do you guys think?

Withdrawals

I had so much fun last Saturday that I am having withdrawals.  I was feeling okay until I spoke with Jenn and she kept telling me that she was having withdrawals.  She suggested we do a once a month get together just to watch the movie and talk Twilight! LoL  I think it sounds like a good idea.  Maybe we can designate a date once a month and call it Twilight Night! LoL  I'll be getting in contact with our "members" shortly! LoL

Sleeping With the Enemy

No I am not talking about the movie with Julia Roberts in it, you know the one where she tries to escape the psycho husband! LoL I'm just frustrated because my husband decided to put me on blast on Facebook!  He announced that he wants to start a "He Man Twilight Haters Club", and he already has members in line to join.  What is wrong with Twilight?  What does he have against it?  Is it because he thinks we were going to far in starting an actual club, or throwing an official party?  If anything I think our husbands or boyfriends should be proud that we actually can get together with our girlfriends, not have to go out to a club or get drunk and end up really enjoying ourselves!  I honestly think our little (okay maybe not little) obsession with Twilight is harmless.  I mean it has affected our lives, but not enough where we can't function normally and perform our daily duties, like work for example.  (Well maybe some of us, and you know who you are! j/k LoL)  And what does it matter if Edward is a fictional character?!?  All I hear coming out of my husband's mouth is, "OMG he's not even real."  I mean if he's "just a fictional character" then why does he bother you so much?!?!  Sorry had to just let it all out. LoL  In a way, I'm a little curious to see what this Twilight Haters club will do when they get together.  We'll see what happens, I'll keep you posted.

Life After Twillight (Part II)

I'm always on Stephenie Meyer's website.  I'm constantly checking to see if Stephenie Meyer will continue to write about the Twilight Saga or if she's starting any new projects, like completing, Midnight Sun.   I'm almost craving to read something new.  I want to read more!!!  I've read the unpublished manuscript of Midnight Sun and I want more!!  It's like a drug to me!  I never thought to click on the extras when you click on New Moon on her Website.  Anyway I came across some PDFs about the famous phone call to Edward from Rosalie, in New Moon.  At last something that I haven't read yet!!!  Click Here for the link to the Extras of New Moon on Stephenie Meyer's website.  They are a pretty good read.  If you have read it already, shame on you for not sharing!! My son's new super hero!

So I'm watching Twilight again for the 100th time.  So my son has the flu and he wants to watch Twilight with me.  It's his first time watching the whole movie, I mean I've had it on but he never really sat thru the entire movie.  I had to share his reaction to Edward saving Bella with you guys! LoL  So the scene plays out and all of a sudden he says "Oh my God, he crashed the metal!"  His eyes are really wide too!  Then he started asking about how fast Edward can run and which super hero he can beat up!  Uh oh move over Spiderman and X-men, because Edward Cullen is the new super hero!!! Hahaha  Thank god his father isn't home.
