Withdrawals

I had so much fun last Saturday that I am having withdrawals.  I was feeling okay until I spoke with Jenn and she kept telling me that she was having withdrawals.  She suggested we do a once a month get together just to watch the movie and talk Twilight! LoL  I think it sounds like a good idea.  Maybe we can designate a date once a month and call it Twilight Night! LoL  I'll be getting in contact with our "members" shortly! LoL

Sleeping With the Enemy

No I am not talking about the movie with Julia Roberts in it, you know the one where she tries to escape the psycho husband! LoL I'm just frustrated because my husband decided to put me on blast on Facebook!  He announced that he wants to start a "He Man Twilight Haters Club", and he already has members in line to join.  What is wrong with Twilight?  What does he have against it?  Is it because he thinks we were going to far in starting an actual club, or throwing an official party?  If anything I think our husbands or boyfriends should be proud that we actually can get together with our girlfriends, not have to go out to a club or get drunk and end up really enjoying ourselves!  I honestly think our little (okay maybe not little) obsession with Twilight is harmless.  I mean it has affected our lives, but not enough where we can't function normally and perform our daily duties, like work for example.  (Well maybe some of us, and you know who you are! j/k LoL)  And what does it matter if Edward is a fictional character?!?  All I hear coming out of my husband's mouth is, "OMG he's not even real."  I mean if he's "just a fictional character" then why does he bother you so much?!?!  Sorry had to just let it all out. LoL  In a way, I'm a little curious to see what this Twilight Haters club will do when they get together.  We'll see what happens, I'll keep you posted.

Life After Twillight (Part II)

I'm always on Stephenie Meyer's website.  I'm constantly checking to see if Stephenie Meyer will continue to write about the Twilight Saga or if she's starting any new projects, like completing, Midnight Sun.   I'm almost craving to read something new.  I want to read more!!!  I've read the unpublished manuscript of Midnight Sun and I want more!!  It's like a drug to me!  I never thought to click on the extras when you click on New Moon on her Website.  Anyway I came across some PDFs about the famous phone call to Edward from Rosalie, in New Moon.  At last something that I haven't read yet!!!  Click Here for the link to the Extras of New Moon on Stephenie Meyer's website.  They are a pretty good read.  If you have read it already, shame on you for not sharing!! My son's new super hero!

So I'm watching Twilight again for the 100th time.  So my son has the flu and he wants to watch Twilight with me.  It's his first time watching the whole movie, I mean I've had it on but he never really sat thru the entire movie.  I had to share his reaction to Edward saving Bella with you guys! LoL  So the scene plays out and all of a sudden he says "Oh my God, he crashed the metal!"  His eyes are really wide too!  Then he started asking about how fast Edward can run and which super hero he can beat up!  Uh oh move over Spiderman and X-men, because Edward Cullen is the new super hero!!! Hahaha  Thank god his father isn't home.

Last Name is Cullen

Okay I have had this on my mind all day today, and I wanted to get it out. So while at work, I created a report in regards to a list of employees, and one name stood out. First part of the name wasn't so important but the last name... "Cullen", was. I had noticed this name a couple of times before, and I swear I feel like contacting the actual person everytime, but I bet she would think I was crazy. And yes I did say "she". Lucky her huh! Seriously, I bet round these times some other co-workers at her location noticed her name. One lucky ass Cullen!

The Perfect Twilight Party

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate the DVD release at Jenn's house last night!  The party was a success!  I'm sure we all agree that Jenn outdid herself with the Twilight decorations and favors!  Her entire living room was a perfect haven for all Twilight fans! She even had Twilight playing in the dining room!  The red velvet cupcakes that were made by Tara were perfect!  It was almost torture eating it!  This party was such a success I can't wait until next year's New Moon party!!!   Hope you all enjoy the photos!

So can I tell you how much I love Twilight Moms!! Maximum Ride

According to Entertainment weekly, Catherine Hardwicke may direct Maximum Ride.  What is Maximum Ride?  Its a series of books written by James Patterson about a 14 year old teenager named Maximum Ride or Max, for short, who is have human and half bird.  Well basically she was genetically modified to be that way.  The story revolves around her and her "flock", who are also teens and preteens.  Each one has wings but they all have different powers as well.  They all had grown up in cages, being tested by scientists.  They escaped the lab and have to constantly run, or in their case fly away from the monsters who are tracking them.  I've had the pleasure of reading the first four books and I admit they are pretty good.  Its pretty much filled with a lot of action, and drama.  I guess they are finally making a movie out if it.  It is rumored to being the next Twilight, but it my opinion, there really is no comparison!  Unless Edward makes an appearance in book five then I don't know if I'll be reading it soon! LoL

I should be worried about my Twilight obsession when I tell my 6 year old son that I have to work half day on March 21st and he responds to me by saying, "Mommy you can't work on the 21st, hellooo Twi-Light."  (And he says it just like I spelled it.)  Have I been talking about it that much? LoL

Skyline Drive = My Own Personal Forks, WA

Just wanted to share something with you all.  So I've been really busy being a Mom, it's hard for me to be on here.  You'd think that being busy would actually make me forget about Twilight.  Wrong!  So yesterday morning I'm driving my son to school and I drop him off.  So I'm driving and I exit the freeway and I'm on Skyline Drive.  So I'm driving and all of a sudden American Mouth by Iron and Wine starts playing and I look around while I'm driving.  It's foggy, gloomy, and on both sides of this road is trees and plants.  And I swear like a little kid I was actually "pretending" to drive in Forks.  Imagining Edward following my car. LoL  I'm sure most of you have done or thought the same thing while driving or walking in an area, pretending its your own private Forks, WA. LoL  Or am I really the only crazy one out there! LoL

5 more Days!!!

So we all are super excited about the Twilight DVD release on March 21st.  As I mentioned before, my little Twilight community and I are having a get together on Saturday for the release.  We are going to be having decorations, food, dessert, and favors that are all Twilight related and I can't wait!! If you aren't going to be having a get together don't forget to log on to the Twilight Movie website for a party near you!  I'm sure I will have plenty of photos and pictures of our party for you guys to see.  Or if you or someone you know is having a party we want to hear all about it too.

Do you really want to watch Rob Pattinson in Little Ashes?

We all adore our beloved Robert Pattinson now, but will we after watching Little Ashes?  I knew that he was going to play Salvador Dali and I knew that the Spanish artist was a homosexual, but I didn't know that there was actually going to be a gay sex scene in the movie!  I mean I have nothing against it but I really wanted my first sex scene with Rob in it to be between a man and a woman!  I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.  I heard about the scene through Yahoo News.  He told GQ magazine that he was uncomfortable as crew members watched and giggled while filming the scene especially when he had to do "naked stuff".  I do want to watch and see his "naked stuff" but I'm bit apprehensive.  LoL  I admit that when I did watch Brokeback Mountain I totally saw Heath and Jake differently.  They really did a good job in acting that I really felt they were a couple and immediately I was turned off.  I mean this movie does broaden the spectrum of fans that Rob will soon acquire and that's a good thing.  Well maybe the whole naked thing will offset the gay thing and I'll get over it!   I guess we'll wait and see what happens when the movie releases in May.  While I'm watching the movie I'll just chant "New Moon" in my mind to keep me looking forward to seeing him as Edward once again!!!  LoL

It's What's Inside That Counts

So I'm just sitting thinking about something that happened to me the other day.  I'm at work and I get a phone call from my cousin.  She tells me that she has a question for me, so naturally I think that it's work related.  I work at a dental office so I'm thinking she has a question about teeth or something of that nature.  Then she catches me totally off guard and asks me, "Since Edward had to warm up the blood for Bella in Breaking Dawn, does that mean that he'd like dinuguan if he tried it?"     At this point I'm just speechless, not because I thought the question was ridiculous,  it was because I was actually thinking about it. LoL  For those of you who don't know, dinuguan is a filipino dish.   It's pork blood stew.  Then this question brought along so many other darn questions that I started to think about.  These are examples of the questions that kept coming to me all afternoon, thanks a lot Jenn!!!

1. If Edward found my blood attractive, would it matter that I was filipino?
2. If I was to bring Edward home as my boyfriend would my family like him or vice versa?
3. Since Edward is fluent in many different languages, does that mean he speaks tagalog? 

For question #1, I figured that if it was the scent of Bella's blood that first attracted him to her then ethnicity wouldn't be a problem .  That would mean he probably would've loved Bella even if she were butt ass ugly.   Now that would've made the movie more interesting if she was! j/k LoL  I didn't even want to ponder over questions #2 and 3!  You know I did though! But I'll save my theories for another day! LoL

Rumor that Bayona has been hired to direct Eclipse is False?

LA Times has reported that Summit has not hired Juan Antonio Bayona.  Basically they said that whoever reported it first didn't check their sources and then people started to report it on their blogs and the rumor spread like wildfire!  Bayona did meet with Summit but they haven't made a decision yet. So I guess we'll be seeing more directors being considered.  This was all confirmed because the reporter who wrote about it had lunch with the president of production for Summit Entertainment.  LoL  This is an example of that telephone game we all use to play at school.  The game where we all line up and whisper something in each other's ears and it gets changed completely when it hits the last person! Although the fact that I got this information from a LA Times Blog makes me wonder how valid this is now! LoL

Another Director for Eclipse? Oh Well, At Least They're Starting New Moon! =)

Now Entertainment Weekly is saying Summit Entertainment has selected Juan Antonio Bayona to direct Eclipse!   Is it going to be him, Drew Barrymore, James Mangold or Paul Weitz? They say that Bayona is more into filming horror which will be good since we'll be seeing more of the werewolves, and newborns in this film.  I'm so excited that they're going to start filming New Moon!  JustJared has some great photos of the New Moon cast getting into character. Including the photo above with Taylor Lautner about to get on a dirt bike for practice!

Yikes, Nikki might not dye hair on New Moon

Ok courtesy of Newmoonmovie.org blog, Nikki Reed explains that she went through drastic measures to become Rosalie in Twilight. From bleaching her skin and hair... She explains in the video below that they are looking at a new direction into evolving her into the beautiful Rosalie.

Rob Pattinson and Megan Fox?!?!

Okay calm down ladies!  So according to Bild.com, the pair were seen having drinks together until the wee hours of the morning at the Palihouse Hotel in West Hollywood.  They were spotted there again the next night!  Makes you wonder what the real reason is for her to break up with Brian Austin Green!  Hmm, maybe the she watched Twilight! LoL Again this maybe gossip but it sounds really juicy to me!!  I got to give it up to Megan Fox because she is beautiful! Not that I have anything against Nikki Reed but maybe she should've been casted as Rosalie Hale!

Life after Twilight?

I've been wondering, will there be another book that will ever take the place of Twilight???? I'm betting no, but I saw that USA Today had an article about how new authors are starting to benefit from the Twilight craze.  They also have a list of books that are similar to Twilight, that they predict will soon be bought by young adults. From looking at the list I think Revelations and Hunted are the most interesting.  I'm definitely going to check those two books out.  I'll keep you guys posted.  Maybe we can make these our next books for our little book club!  Is it sad that I'm 28, and reading books that are written to appeal to high school students? I'm sure most of you who are my age or older have asked yourselves this question.  While I was reading the Twilight Saga I just felt like I was back in high school!  I felt young again!  If there is another book that can make me feel the same way I did while reading Twilight, bring it on!

Rachelle Lefevre and Nikki Reed on Access Hollywood plus Deleted Bedroom Scene!

Rachelle Lefevre and Nikki Reed were on Access Hollywood and both spoke about the dedication and determination of Taylor Lautner.  They basically said that he literally fought to keep his part in New Moon.  He had to transform himself physically and mentally as well as screen test again a year later for the part. Both girls seem to love him dearly.   Nikki also reveals that she took a trip to Africa in January with Kristen Stewart and her boyfriend, Michael Angarano in January.  I guess this confirms that the Kristen and Rob rumors aren't true, yet.  LoL  You just never know, we have the filming of two more, possibly three films to see a relationship evolve! To watch this interview just click on Access Hollywood.  After watching the interview the hot deleted bedroom scene should play right after.  I don't know if you've watch the deleted scene, but it really is hot!  Basically Bella wakes to find Edward standing in the corner and she gets up, grabs him and pulls him on her and they basically go at it, then she wakes up and realizes it's a dream.  Oh man I know for a fact that a lot of you would love to live out this fantasy!  I know I would!  The only thing that would be different is that I would wake up pissed off because I would not want to wake up!!!!

New Moon Casting and Filming

So Kellan Lutz revealed to MTV.com that the rumors of good friend AnnaLynne McCord and Vanessa Hudgens being casted in New Moon are like when Michael Copon was to play Jacob.  He also revealed that he thought that the part of Heidi was to be given to someone who was local to Vancouver.  These are the times when I wished I was Canadian!  LoL  About the replacement of Jacob's Quileute friends he said that the casting director has been screening a couple of his friends for the part of the werewolves and have been making sure that they have some Native American ancestry.  I wonder if this includes the part of Leah Clearwater? Because I don't think Vanessa or AnnaLynne have any Native American ancestry.   According to an article by The Press Association, Nicki Reed stated, "We did just get a script. We're shooting the rest of the films back to back."  I know it means that they will be filming Eclipse along with New Moon, but does that mean that they will be doing Breaking Dawn?  Until I hear a confirmation I will be keeping my fingers crossed.  How lame would that be if they didn't complete the saga!  All in all, I'm very happy to hear that they are taking the Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings approach to filming the saga.  That way the release of the films will be closer together and we won't have to wait too long!

WARRIOR

 I can't stop thinking about Kellan Lutz ever since I met him at the Convention!  It's the hug that I can't forget!  LoL  Anyway I remember him talking about being in a film with Ashley Greene called Warrior.  So I decided to find out a little bit more about the movie, maybe even watch a preview on youtube. The closest thing that I could find were these pictures of Kellan on the set of the movie and I found out what the movie was about.  Warrior is a story about a Lacrosse player who's father dies in Iraq.  At the convention, Kellan mentions that Ashley Greene will be in the movie as well.  He said that he suggested Ashley for the part since she's someone who he's comfortable with, I'm guessing  she will most likely be his love interest in the movie.  In the photos below you can really see how athletic he is and how good he looks in the Lacrosse uniform!!  He really is dreamy!! LoL

Alice (Ashley Greene) stopped by The Soup for a quick bite

All right so my 2nd favorite vampire, Alice, stopped by The Soup. Just thought it was so nice of her to pay a visit. I got to admit, I think she is perfect as Alice. I can just picture her already in New Moon, helping Bella get to Edward, by driving the yellow Porshe into Volterra... =)

NEW MOON NEWS FLASH

So I just heard from Twilight Moms that it has been confirmed that Dakota Fanning has just joined the New Moon cast!  She will be playing Jane.  Just wanted to share that with everyone, I'm sure we'll be reading more about the news soon!

Extended Scenes from the Twilight DVD!!

I came across this clip on you tube. It's the extended (not deleted) scenes from Twilight!!!
There's an extended scene when James, Laurent and Victoria approach Walen on his boat and the full scene shows when they actually kill him. I thought it was pretty funny, just listen to Walen scream as he is being attacked. He could've done a better... you'll see what I mean... LOL!

Deleted scene # 2 "Walk in the woods"

So I found the second deleted scene on you tube. This scene actually airs on Access Hollywood tonight. Also, Nikki Reed (Rosalie) and Rachelle Lefevre (Victoria) will be on Access Hollywood on Monday (03/09/09) to reveal some "New Moon" secrets and the "Too Sexy" Twilight scene will be previewed. They showed a little 5 second preview of it and it looked pretty intense. hehe! Can't wait to see it. But StupidLamb doesn't want to watch it due to her jealousy issues! LOL!

Deleted Scene from Twilight "Want a Taste"

Here's the deleted scene that aired on Access Hollywood last night. Let me just say Edward looks "dazzling" as always and just watch his face as he bites Bella finger.*sigh* I think its HOT! hehe! I believe this is one of three deleted scenes that will be shown. The other two will be aired on Friday and Monday.

Twilight and SIxteen Candles

So I'm watching the Twilight movie and I noticed that the part when Edward appears outside  her house to take her to school kinda reminds me of my favorite scene from Sixteen Candles.  The way Edward stands in front of his Volvo totally reminds me of when Jake Ryan stands in front of his Porsche in Sixteen Candles.  I know its such a small part of the movie but I swear whenever I see this scene in Twilight it reminds me of Sixteen Candles!  I surprisingly couldn't find a photo of Jake Ryan in front of his Porsche on the web but here is the scene.  It's so perfect how all the cars clear and then he appears.  Notice how he also has his hands in is pocket.  And Jake Ryan and Edward kinda both have the same hairstyle going on. LoL  Well of course Edward looks way better. 

Breaking Dawn

Okay guys according to an interview with E! Online, Kristen Stewart admits that there should be a movie #4.  She said that the only way there wouldn't be a movie is if all of a sudden people would lose interest in the series.  Uh Hello!  Never gonna happen!  I've been trying to kick the Twilight addiction but I can't.  So I'm so excited for New Moon and Eclipse,  and I'm really hoping they will complete the Saga with a fourth movie!  But if Kristen Stewart says should be a fourth film then its good enough for me.  I don't know why they just don't do what they did with Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. Just keep filming until they are done with the Saga!  Wishful thinking I guess.

I was surfing the web for hot photos of Rob Pattinson and came across this photo. I don't know how old it is but could they be lookalikes or is it really them? And if it is then why is Rob not wearing a shirt and why the heck does Kristen Stewart have the whole "sex hair" going on?!?

I totally messed up and missed the Access Hollywood deleted scenes preview!  I didn't leave work until freaking 7:30pm! =(  So I'm going on youtube trying to find the scenes and I freaking stumble upon this one.  I mind you I'm alone and it's midnight and I was sleepy and this is soo stupid but I'm not sleepy anymore. LOL

What is on my DVR? Part II

So I thought I'd post another one of my Rob Pattinson interviews that is saved on my DVR.  I guess now that these are on here I can delete them on my DVR!  Okay maybe not!   So this is him on the Jay Leno show.  If you haven't watched this then you should because its really funny! I love the part where he's moded!  That would be when he tries to strike up a conversation with Heidi Klum and she doesn't know what he's talking about!  It so funny when he laughs.  I've watched this interview a few times with Stupid Lion Lover and we both always crack up at the way he moves his hair away from his face!  It's almost as if he's uncomfortable doing it or even scratching it because it's dirty. LoL  And when Heidi asks about his hair its hilarious how he responded by saying, with his adorable English accent, "It comes straight out of the box."  But I don't know about the whole not having "too much of a sense of personal hygiene or styling" comment.  I'll forgive the no sense of style but hygiene, I got to draw a line somewhere!  For those of you who don't know me I'm a bit of an OCD type of person and I'm all about hygiene! When I say OCD, I don't mean Obsessive Cullen Disorder.  I am very Obsessive Compulsive, especially when it comes down to cleanliness and germs. LoL  But maybe for him I'll make an exception.   The Twilight clip at the end always gives me goosebumps.  I think I really love his American accent, his voice seems sexier and smoother.  I'm sure we all agree that he also looks better as Edward and probably smells much better than Edward.  Maybe that'll be my next post, Edward Cullen vs. Rob Pattinson, who's wins?  Of course I'm leaning more towards Edward! 

A Revelation

Spoiler Warning: If you haven't read Eclipse yet, this post will be a spoiler

I got some good reading time today after a monotonous day at work, I got to the end of chapter 19 titled Selfish on Eclipse. It seems that I was proven wrong on my theories and speculation about a couple of things. But before I begin I'll share something with you that made me chuckle this morning lol.

As I was driving home staring at the thick overcast of clouds and I began to daydream, wondering if this is how Forks looks like, I kept trying to snap out of it but the thought kept lingering in my head. Something finally caught my attention, a loud roaring sound almost thunderous crept up beside me, I looked instinctively and it was a silver car. Now here is the funny part, I kept looking to see what type of car it is, it was a Volvo S60-R! The same car Edward drives in the Twilight saga, books NOT movie. Almost instantaneously the moment this magnificent automobile passed me, the sun broke out of the thick clouds and shone on the Volvo reflecting the light towards me, I was blinded, amazed and marveled. I sped up a little and tried to encroach behind the Volvo, but to no avail, my little Miata's heart couldn't keep up. I chuckled as I let off the throttle and went back to a comfortable cruising speed.

Ok, back to my failed theories and speculation.

1. I always thought that the reason why Edward didn't wanna "convert" Bella is that he wont like her anymore because she will lose that essence, he is so crazy about and craves like heroin it is to an addict going through rehab. I was wrong.

2. I always took Jasper for a sissy emo boy, I started to hate him when he almost attacked Bella, which in turn forcing the Cullens to move out, feeling guilty about the mishap. Again, I was wrong.

Of course, now I know it was probably something more. But, whatever the reason, I was promoted quickly through the ranks, over older, more experienced men. While I was on the phone with Stupid Lion Lover, she informed me that there will be a sneak peek of deleted scenes from the Twilight movie!  They titled it Forbidden Love.  I guess that means there will be some hot and steamy scenes between Edward and Bella!   When we watched the preview together over the phone, I told her that I really didn't want to watch it due to the jealousy issues I have! Hahaha You know I'm a hater!  I have that "I wish it were me" complex going on when I see him kiss her neck or just kiss her in general! LoL  I know I'm a slightly psycho, ask my husband! j/k 

Solomon Trimble will not return in New Moon!!

So I was on Twilightoms.com and they announced that Solomon Trimble will no longer be playing Sam Uley!  I guess he announced it on his myspace page.  I'm sorry but I'm a little excited about it!!  I hope this means that my favorite warlock Steven Strait will have a chance to be in New Moon!!  I might be tempted to stray away from staring at Rob Pattinson if he ends up in the movie!  More eye candy for me and you! LoL  I was going to post a photo up of Solomon but isn't Steven way better on the eyes!! LoL

Apologize

So I mentioned this video to Stupid Lion Lover and she said that she's never seen it.  It's basically everyone's favorite Werewolf,  in a homemade music video of One Republic's Apologize!  I saw it on youtube and someone commented that he made it for school with his ex-girlfriend.  I don't know how true it is but I thought I'd just throw it in there to make it interesting to watch.  I kinda like the way he bangs on the door to the beat! Watch and enjoy! LoL

The Pieceworks Card Collection

I told you all about the Edward Card that I want really bad!  But I just wanted to show you guys the entire collection of costume pieces that they are selling.  I think I wouldn't mind sniffing Emmett and Jasper's card.  Maybe even Carlisle's card too! Hahaha Sniffing Jacob's card kinda weirds me out because he's 16, as good looking as Taylor Lautner is, I will forever see him as Sharkboy!

Takipsilim

We all know that a while ago Perez Hilton stated that ABS-CBN was going to do a Twilight TV Series and call it Takipsilim.  The news didn't go very well with a lot of Twilight Fans and now ABS-CBN are denying that they are making this series.  Well anyway I did a Face in Hole photo of my husband and I.  And when I was looking at it today, it dawned on me why it looked soo freaking familiar!!  So I called my cousin and told her of my comparison and we started cracking up!  Come on now, I know you guys think this is funny!  

Lacking Sleep (long read, but I promise it's related to Twilight lol)

Warning: My apologies folks, I tend to babble on and on and on. This seem more like a diary than a blog about Twilight lol. If you wanna get to the Twilight part, it starts on paragraph five. Also if you haven't read Eclipse yet, there's a bit of a spoiler, although I'm sure this wont be a problem, I'm sure all of you already read the whole saga... possibly more than once lol. I'm probably the only schmuck that haven't finished the saga yet. I'm sorry again, many thanks.


I was obligated to stay for two hours at work yesterday because my co-worker didn't know that there has been a change in the schedule. I was a bit edgy just waiting for 9:00 am, staring at the clock every 5 minutes, as if that will make it tic' faster. Finally the manager came down himself do relieve me because he hates to pay overtime. The moment I saw him walking towards the desk, I bolted right out and I said as I passed him "see ya, I don't wanna get a ticket" which is true, meter maids make their rounds at 9:00 am to make sure that everyone is feeding the meter.

As I drove home... Well to my girlfriend's house actually, I was a bit upset of the mishap that just happened at work because, this means that this will cut into my reading time. And lately, I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that it's one of the things I look forward to everyday.

I finally got to my girlfriend's house, not actually knowing how I got there, last thing I remember I was running out to my car, then next thing I know I was parking in front of her house. When I got inside she mentioned that she's hungry and she wants to go out real quick and grab a bite to eat, she suggested we buy food at Superstar. "Yeah sure" I replied, seemed more like a reflex than an actual answer. She then called Superstar and no one was answering the phone. This annoyed me to a certain degree, when is Superstar ever close besides Chinese New Year? I'm hungry, she's hungry and I haven't had a smoke in hours. My girlfriend really wanted to have some silog, so I suggested that we go to Gateway which is a similar restaurant, but this one is at Daly City. She called them up, they answered, she ordered the Boneless Bangus silog and I ordered the Porkchopsilog. As we drove there to pick up the food, I began to do the math in my head how many additional hours this will cut into my already cut-short reading time.

So finally two hours later, were both fed, she's content, and I'm satisfied and above all, finally some me time! It is now almost 12:00 pm by the time I started reading, this means that I only had an hour, two hours max to read. Being a night-walker, I need more sleep than the average day-walkers which is your run of the mill nine to five'ers. It's been researched and proven that people who sleep during the day gets less R.E.M sleep compared to those who sleep at night, it's the way we're programmed I guess. As many of you already know, during REM sleep, this is when your body restoration come into play. In my case since I don't get as many REM, I need at least nine hours plus of sleep. Another thing to note is I don't get enough sunlight since I work at nights, meaning my body isn't producing enough melatonin; a chemical in the brain that induces sleep among other things... Making it harder for me to fall asleep.

I told myself to stop reading at 2:00 pm, though I told myself that, I wasn't surprised that I failed. I didn't stop reading until 3:00 pm which means that I have only six hours of sleep now, I got to the end of chapter ten of Eclipse titled Scent. I tossed and turn and I couldn't clear my head for I was worried what's going to happen next after reading chapter ten. I think finally I dozed off around 4:10 pm or so.... Only to find myself awake again at around 5:45 pm, waking from a nightmare I think...

The time and setting of the dream was the same as my other one, the only difference this time is that I saw not one, but about a handful of that distant beautiful golden-red fire, the fire burned brighter than the last time I remembered.

I woke up the moment I noticed that the fires were glowing ominously. Well at least I had control this time, I managed to wake myself up before Victoria had her nice pearly whites in my jugular lol.

It took me a while before falling back to sleep, not because I was scared or anything like that, it's because it got me thinking of that part on chapter ten. Bella's pillow and a couple article of clothing were missing, Edward sniffs around and he noticed that the smell is not at all familiar, a vampire nevertheless, but it's not one of them or anyone they have encountered. Then he mentions the part about the killings in Seattle about a young new-born, sloppy if I may add vampire.

Is it possible that Victoria is behind this? Is she assembling her very own Volturi army by converting innocent humans? The suspense is killing me!

My husband and I have collected everything from Star Wars Toys, Transformers, and Mighty Muggs.  I thought it would be fun to surf the web and look at all the Twilight merchandise online.  These are a few that I found.....

The Twilight Pieceworks Cards

So I'm starting off with what I want the most.  Yes they do sell cards with pieces of costumes from the movie!! And they have Edward's shirt!!! I want one!  I'm not even going to lie, I will admit right now that if I buy it I will sniff the shit out of that piece of shirt!!!   And the best part is, it looks small enough to carry with me where ever I go!!! LoL  Of course this particular one runs from $75 to $300 and up!  And they do have these cards for all the characters in the movie.  I found someone selling all the costume cards and the entire set of Twilight cards ever made for over $2000! 

The Car Decal Sticker

So this one is a little trickier because they have sooo many to choose from.  They have everything from "Be Safe" to "Dazzled", and they cost anywhere from $5.00 to $13.00.  I posted a picture of one that I would have on my car! LoL

The Lunchbox

 

My niece Kayla actually wants this lunchbox and so does her mom!!! LoL  I really wish I had the balls to bring this to work with me.  But I might just buy it to have.  Maybe I can give it to my daughter four years from now when she starts Kindergarten.  But what would my husband think if I bought a $42 lunchbox!  Why couldn't they come up with one with just Edward on it.  I would totally buy it!!

The Twilight Music Box

 So this jewelry box is suppose to be available at amazon.com on March 26th but is available for preorder now!!  The music box features a removable locket and the Cullen family crest spins to the beautiful "Claire de Lune".  The quote "And so the Lion fell in love with the Lamb" is on the front of this music box.  I think I need a place for my charm bracelet made by Runs With Wolves.

The Twilight Boardgame

Okay so MTV.com has featured that Twlight has a board game!!!  So basically you start off in Phoenix and you move to different squares which features different scene's in the movie and a long the way you answer questions about either the movie or questions where you would discuss the answer with whoever you play with!  The more you know the better the chance you have in winning.  I am very very competitive and board games are my specialty.

Isn't it strange how this 18 second clip can make your heart melt? As I watched this clip, I am imagining as if Robert was speaking to me as I yelled out his name *sigh* LOL!
The song "Clair de Lune" made the video even more perfect! It looks as if it was "Edward Cullen" on the red carpet!!! This is "dazzling" in its perfection! He's so adorable!!

TopazEyez

I started reading Twilight not even a week yet and now I'm on the 2nd chapter of Eclipse. 

I never planned on writing anything on this blog, the only reason why I was going to write was simply because I told a friend that I would do so, my friend wanted a guy's perspective of the Twilight Saga. Now come to think of it, not only I will be doing my friend a favor, I will be doing myself a bigger favor. There were so many times when I was reading Twilight and New Moon I found myself filled with these emotions and excitement that I felt I should discuss/share with someone for feedback. My brother is out of the question, he cant even stomach the fact that I'm reading and to add insult to the injury, I'm reading Twilight, the last book he ever thought I would actually read. My girlfriend read the whole saga; she's a real bookworm, so she should be the perfect candidate for the above scenario, however, whenever I talk to her about things I come across, her face is always straight, not showing any enthusiasm at all, and sometimes she tends to spoil some upcoming events that I haven't read yet. I cant help but feel that she's not really a big a fan as I thought she is of the Twilight saga. So by me joining this blog I hope to quench that thirst, no pun intended =D. 

Last time I've read a book was back in high school and I was required to do so, not because I wanted to. I believe the book was Joy Luck Club, I cant really remember, this was about 13 years ago. I was never fond of reading books as a leisurely thing to do, reading for me was something I did if I had to gather information, look up recipes, research etc.

So I borrowed Twilight from my girlfriend to see what the big deal was and because I always overheard her cousins talk about it. One even went to a convention. My girlfriend looked at me in disbelief, almost awe-strucked for a second. She suggested a different book to me, she thought this other book would suit me better for it's about Greek Mythology, and she knows that I am crazy about stuff like that. 

I insisted on borrowing Twilight anyway because for as long as I can remember, I was always a fan of Vampires. I loved the movie Interview with the Vampire, the Underworld saga, and finally I was a big fan of the TNT series Angel. She then proceeded to get the book from the shelf and gave me a half-heartedly grin, it looked more like a doubtful face, she then handed me the book and said "Ohhkay" with a shrug. Although, I cant blame her for making such gestures, it's because I always told her that I hate reading.

It was a slow night at work and I finised all my paperwork early. I flipped through the remote and I was looking for something remotely interesting to watch, and sure enough there was nothing, it was mostly infomercials and movies I have never heard of. Then I stared at the book Twilight right next to the Muzak player. Then I thought to myself "I might as well read this thing and get it over with, I will probably stop reading by the time I get to the third, fifth chapter max, out of boredom".

Boy was I ever wrong, page after page after page of so many vivid characters coming to life, full of emotions and excitement... I couldn't stop reading it, next thing I know it was 7am and it was time for me to go home, my co-worker almost literally had to kick me out because I wasn't getting up from my desk, I was so stuck. I couldn't believe it myself, I thought to myself "What the hell is going on? I'm reading and I'm actually enjoying it?". I was driving home and the whole time I was thinking of what Jacob was about to tell Bella about why the Cullens are not allowed in the reservation, the part where she was strolling with him by the beach sort of fake flirting with him to get some information. I got home got dressed and ate, for I forgot to eat when I was at work; losing track of the time reading. I stared at my PS3 and I was thinking for a while, I then shook my head and said "naaah". I jumped right into bed with the book in my hand and continued to read.

For the first time ever I haven't touched my PS3, XBOX360, and my PC for almost a week straight, I found myself reading the Twilight saga whenever I had free time.

I know I should be rushing to read the whole saga, but lately I found myself pacing myself with Eclipse. Not because I'm getting bored with it, it's just that I don't want it to end. With Twilight and New Moon I would flip through chapter after chapter until my eyes were burning.
